      From Hands-On Engineering to International Agri Infrastructure Projects Shripad Bhivrao is an engineering and agri-infrastructure professional with more than two decades of practical industry experience. His professional journey has been shaped by hands-on engineering, fabrication, refrigeration, project execution, entrepreneurship and continuous learning.         
       Over the years, his work has expanded from engineering and refrigeration into cold chain, food processing, post-harvest infrastructure, dehydration, mushroom projects and integrated agricultural infrastructure. Today, he is involved in projects from the early concept stage through technical planning, design coordination, equipment selection, project execution, installation supervision and commissioning.
             
            His experience has developed a practical approach to engineering — one that considers not only whether a system can be built, but whether it can operate efficiently, remain commercially viable and create long-term value.
